The work environment is of a family like habitat making it comfortable and fun to work. The culture is very rich and diverse in which you work with people from different cultures and behavior.

It is a job not for the faint of heart. The individuals we serve are in several different ranges of their abilities to function within a group and individual setting, It is a great place benefits wise and the individuals make it feel like family for me .

They really were worried and wanted to support children's needs. They respected all culture as we received children from all over the world. They tried hard to welcome, reach out and attempted to aculturize and assimilate them to this wonderful country.

CC is a great place to work. It is all IT supported and the use of electronic records make it easy to meet deadlines.
