I like the core values and mission at CHI, I believe in them. I like being part of a not-for-profit, faith based organization. It's not perfect, but the people make it a great place to work.

Management is poor and doesn't care about their employees. Also they aren't very good at preparing for the future and do everything last minute while trial and error a lot.

Low morale, stressful, bad retention which causes bad training, they only care about the top (who also make all the decisions) even though the people on the bottom are the ones making things happen.
