SERVICE ADVISOR (Former Employee) – San Antonio, TX – December 18, 2014
I loved meeting new customers everyday and interacting with them and establishing relationships. I miss that part of my job. We definitely have to work as a team and help each other write up customers and greet them on the drive. The hardest part was knowing the technical service terms. (I do not have a mechanical background). The pay was great. The shop morale was not. My lack of knowledge and lack of management support was the reason I had to leave.
