Management is a new learning experience everyday, never room to fall complacent! The hardest part of the job is balancing your task list, with developing your team with few supervisors. We are often given great learning projects however it requires a lot of attention, it is very difficult to complete these with your best work when you have a team of staff that require your attention too. I love the management staff, and the hands on development they do to train you for the next advancement position. Cbe typically always promotes within the company, regardless if you have a degree or not, they allow the skills you have learned here take presidency over schooling. Daily task would be: timekeeping, client call conference, KPI report management, developing direct reports, schedule adherence, policy adherence, escalated calls, and inspecting performance expectations.
Pros
Promotions are internal hires rather than external, devoted management staff, family-like culture
Cons
healthcare benefits, management spread thin but expectations are extremely high but not compensated for, starting wages are not competitive and raises are minimal anymore.

This employer had great core values that were aligned with mine. Senior management was very helpful with ensuring that the core values were shared among everyone and were practiced daily.
