Kitchen Crew (Current Employee), Mansfield, TXJanuary 29, 2015
Pros: free food
Cons: not enough pay
It's a job, not much room for advancement. They do not pay the employees what they are worth and do not give raises when they are deserved.
The employees are all nice and most do a good job. The manager is nice and fair.

This company makes empty promises and offers nothing to encourage you to do your best. Even when you work very hard for them there is no employee appreciation.

Working independently is great
Commercial Cleaning (Former Employee), FLSeptember 17, 2014
Pros: working independently
Cons: not supportive of their employees and no benefits
Satisfactory, most commercial cleaning companies are about the same and this company falls into that category with the exception that no matter what the circumstances are they will "throw you under the bus" to keep an account.

Contractor Food (Former Employee), Portsmouth, vaJuly 11, 2014
Pros: free parking, food
Working at the city jail as a contractor for CBM, and supervising inmates, is Challenging. The main requirement of the Job was managing the storerooms and being accountable for, welfare, taking tempiture, Sanitation, as well as the product
One Negative aspect of the job was there is no delivery Dock in order to off load incoming stores. From the delievery truck. Cooking and Training would be my favorite times with with the company, as this is were my true passion lies,
Working in the store rooms is more of an indepened job requiring a lot of salidarie time, the Management is and was Outstanding. what I leaned was it is I was able to overcome a lot of obsticals and Negative people, as well as the the inviroment.

Cook Supervisor (Former Employee), Gillette, WYDecember 30, 2013
I enjoyed my job. I would go to work prep food for the next day, prepare dinner help the inmates dish trays then we would clean kitchen for the next day. I got along good with my co-workers and my manager. The hardest part was getting along with the inmates. Some days we would get along great and others not so great. If they got bad news about there case there attitude would be bad when they would come to the kitchen to help.

Senior Instrument Tech (Former Employee), Blackwell, OKJanuary 28, 2013
Pros: money and a chance to travel to different locations.
Every day is an adventure in the different plants and locations we work in for this company. There is not a day that goes by and you do not learn something new rather it be the most modern tech. or the oldest tech, there is always something new to learn. My co-workers and I have been traveling for this company as a team and the atmosphere has been great. There is no hard part of this job other than the weather. This job is a learning experience which keeps your mind sharp and keeps you challenged.
