This is another post very similar to The Robert Half post (http://www.indeed.com/forum/cmp/Robert-Half/05390c183c137e1978784b). I had a horrible experience with CCCi (Richardson, TX) and it was a real eye-opener to how awful some places treat their people (both the recruiter and their clients).
It felt more like I was just another number, you never had the sense that these people were out there for -you-. They were extremely pushy, even insisting on sitting in on the interview. If you were unlucky enough to land a position through them, you then had to endure a constant barrage of phone calls and unannounced visits while you were at work. These weren't the kind of people I wanted to ever see again once they found me work. I witnessed other things I considered wrong that I won't even get into here.
There are quite a few firms in Texas I would rate fairly low, but this one would I would put very close to the bottom. If you're looking for a highly professional, top-notch organization filled with recruiters that you'd be wanting a long-term business relationship with, look elsewhere.

This is a contract technical writing position for Countrywide Home Loans. I have no respect for the management at CHL.
