A day working for CCI was a great thing. They had a great management and they always kept their work schedule complete. Meaning that they did not have any down time. There was always jobs to be done. When I was working with CCI I learned or relearned how to keep my eyes on the next task. There never was any down time and due to that there was always a shortage of supplies. So I would gather my supplies beforehand to make sure that I was the more successful then my co-workers at my trade. But i loved my co-workers. They all were a good group of guys that worked together very well and as we worked we always looked for ways to train each other as to new ways to do our profession. The hardest part of my job was when I needed further instruction or were unsure about a particular portion of my work, it was hard to talk with a foreman or to see a set of blueprints. The company had always been a great company but it always had a small management team and their workforce was much, much bigger than they could handle. My favorite thing about the job was I got to be able to plan and run work.
