A fun loving work place
Day Care Provider (Former Employee), Lancaster, CA – March 2, 2013
Pros: free lunch
Cons: reasonable breaks
I've been in childcare for around 6 months now, and schedule's are just about the same at each center, depending on the age group. Arrival, breakfast, free play, circle/art time, snack time, center play, bible lesson, outside play (weather permitting), lunch, nap, wake up, pm snack, pm circle/art, center play, outside play (again, weather permitting), – more... then it's normally time to combine with the other classes to get cleaning done and go home.I get alone good with my co-workers.the hardest part is The parents respecting my contract rules.the most enjoyable part of the job isWatching the kids grow and learn and do new things. – less

Certified Nursing Assistant (Former Employee), Whitney, TX – November 7, 2012
Pros: very rewarding work
Cons: poor management, across the board, no benefits, low pay, no raises or promotions
working here was so rewarding , in that you realize how giving service to others is what life is about..caring for and helping in any way your trained to and to do with loving care is the best work in the world. the management here is lacking, to say the least, they will not stand behind you, give you raises or promotions. as to why it is this way is – more... beyond me to know...it is sad. there is no insurance benefit package or vacation or sick leave either, but that is minimal compared to how management runs the facility. i would not recommend anyone to apply here. sad, but true. – less

A very good workplace.
nurse/Med.attendant (Current Employee), Whitney, TX – June 20, 2012
Pros: one free meal every day you worked.
Cons: low pay.
A typical day at work: Taking care of eldery in an assistant living enviroment..I love to interact with new people every day young as elderly. My co-worker are very sincere nurses that loves what they do.The hardest part of the job is when someone is passing away. The most enjoyable is to interact and also be there for the elderly.
