About CCS
CCS Energy Services provides the ultimate heavy oil waste solution - cavern disposal. Since 1997, CCS has led the industry in the advancement of innovative heavy oil waste solutions through its development of cavern disposal options. CCS has designed the most efficient and reliable method of processing waste materials with brine water prior to injection – more... into the underground salt cavern. CCS's investment in cavern space and injection technology gives waste generators the ability to send waste from source to disposal without the need for storage. CCS cavern surface facilities are designed to ensure the fastest and most reliable waste receiving process in the industry. Capable of unloading three trucks at a time, the receiving areas are designed to provide tangible savings to our customers by reducing the transportation costs associated with waiting and unloading times. Unique to CCS is the water cannon process. CCS has installed a high-pressure tank/vessel cleaning system which ensures that all waste is removed rapidly - without the use of agitation vibrators - from the tank, leaving the tank virtually contamination-free. Once offloaded, the waste is immediately slurried and injected into the cavern within minutes of it being received. Each cavern facility is constructed with critical backup processing and disposal systems. With multiple caverns at each location and two pumping systems, CCS can minimize downtime and schedule preventative maintenance without disrupting customer service. – less – More from ZoomInfo »
