Great question, though it will really depend on the role. CDK aims to respect the time of those in the interview process. The more senior the role, the more time you can expect it to take to mutually get to know one another to ensure a great long term fit!

From the initial recruitment through hiring, the process was very quick. They have a very detailed process that needs to be followed.

Took about 2 days to complete the hiring process and get a start date. Was on a contract for 2 months and hired in after that.

Lots of employees were brought on as contractors first and then as full-time employees maybe six months later. The actual process when you're hired is just a drug test, waiting for a background test, and then a minor amount of paperwork. I guess training would depend on your department.

If you are lucky, you will be interviewed by several people, and they will ask you nothing of consequence. If you do well, you may even, as I did, get a verbal "let's go" from the boss. Then, it might just happen that you hear NOTHING back, no courtesy email, NOTHING. You're not worth the effort, frankly.
Usually it takes 1-2 months to get hired on
