As of December 28, 2008, it operated 495 Company-owned Chuck E. Cheese’s stores located in 44 states and Canada, and its franchisees operated a total of 46 stores located in the United States, Puerto Rico, Guatemala, Chile, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates.
