A great place to work if you need a flexible occupation

I was expecting something completely different when I entered the workforce for Cellular Sales. I came from the Corporate side and always did very well. I started out really well with Cellular Sales then they completely change our compensation payout structure at the end of my first two months. They started really cutting into the opportunity to make good pay at this position. It is unfortunate because it was a stress fee good paying job at first. Secondly, there is no room for advancement within this company that is clear cut. Your advancement doesn't factor in your sales rankings which I find odd because a Sales based company should promote on a level of success and experience. The one good thing about this thing company is the flexibility of the position. If your looking to make an entry level sales compensation with a flexible schedule you found your job. Personally I took a 40,000 dollar pay cut from my last position.

It has been my worst job ever. Horrible working conditions and horrible management. No vacation, no holidays, no sick time. They are always changing the rules and making excuses for taking away your paycheck.

Selling/upgrading cell phones and plans.
Workplace environment was negative
Most enjoyable part of the job was selling phones and meeting new people.
The freedom to build my own clientele and market myself.
