As a Support Specialist you spend two days going over time sheets, then by time Wednesday comes you either pre-plan trainings or site visits. (An be ready to drive a lot with your own personal car/truck) Then by Friday if you don't have any of the above to do, your required to put in your field notes in the computer. (This is a repeat week after week) What I learned is that you will see how many people abuse the medicaid system in this company and they do nothing about it as it harms there profit, as a Non-Forprofit Co.
The Co-workers there are like a quarter, flip it and see where it lands as you never know what there going to like. The ENJOYABLE part is you do get to meet some people that really need the program.
