We have been designated as a “Center of Excellence” by the American Society for Metabolic & Bariatric Surgery (ASMBS). We specialize in performing the Lap Band, Sleeve Gastrectomy, Gastric Bypass, Duodenal Switch, and Revision Surgery. We also perform cosmetic surgeries including Abdominoplasty and body lift after weight loss.

Location: 34509 9th Ave S #103 Federal Way WA 98003

Hours: Full time
Mon – Fri 7:00 am – 4:00 pm

Job Duties:

  • Coordinating various integrated communication and marketing activities
  • Writing and maintaining content and providing monthly updates to company website, social media marketing, blogs
  • Coordinating in production of a wide range of marketing communications – email broadcast, direct mail, media advertisements, newsletters, brochures, press releases, marketing trade shows and events, public relations, patient communications, physician communications, and many other materials related to marketing
  • Supervising the production or implementation of marketing materials
  • Executing and analyzing results of advertisement and marketing campaigns and coordinate in formulating a marketing plan
  • Maintaining communication lines with all organizations including patients, physicians and their offices, and providing prompt answers to requests for information
  • Working with patients in developing testimonials
  • Facilitate prompt responses to patient inquiries via website, email or phone
  • Register patients for seminars and send out reminders


  • Associate’s degree / Bachelors’ degree in marketing and communications
  • Experience in medical practice marketing is desirable
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Interpersonal/human relations skills
  • Solid organizational and multi-tasking capabilities
  • Ability to respond to questions in a tactful and professional manner
  • Ability to organize/prioritize duties
  • Strong time management skills
  • Strong skills in a variety of software programs that aid in marketing material design
  • Demonstrable skills using Microsoft Office applications specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality consistent with HIPPA regulations
