The Center of Reproductive Medicine, specializing in fertility services has an immediate opening for a registered nurse in its Beaumont, TX clinic. This position requires someone that demonstrates a "can do" attitude, flexibility to work on weekend and holiday shifts, and the ability to work independently or at minimum supevision.
- RN degree. BSN degree preferred. License to practice in Texas a must.
- At least 1 year experience in OB/GYN and or reproductive medicine preferred
- Prefers bilingual Spanish-speaking

Meet with patients to coordinate upcoming therapy, review requirements, calendars, and medications.
Schedule patients as needed to ensure completion of requirements.
Educate patients on procedures, medication, and injections.
Communicate with Dr. Schnell any patient related issues, ultrasound findings and lab results.
Daily telephone calls to patients informing of lab results, coordinating appointments, and communicating therapy changes.
Documentation of office visits, telephone calls, and lab results.
Organize forms, methods, and protocols to ensure patient care is efficient, pertinent, and cost effective.
Develop and implement policies and procedures.
Assist in the development of egg donor and surrogacy programs.
Identification of potential study material in order to develop research protocols.
General Office RN duties
Assist with office procedures as necessary.
Perform intra-uterine inseminations as needed.
Documentation of all telephone calls, medications, injections, lab results cycle plans and patient instructions as provided to patients.
Assist with Medical assistant duties as needed.
Injections and phlebotomy as needed.
Patient education and counseling.
Consultation of medication therapy and requirements.
Review ultrasound findings with infertility patients and pregnant patients. Provide treatment plan, counseling and education based on results.
Coordinate patient plan of care between MD and patient.
Weekend coverage as scheduled per rotating schedule.
Training of new employees (administrative and medical).
Maintain patient confidentiality and a professional patient / provider relationship.
