Payroll Administrator (Former Employee) –  Santa Ana, CAAugust 8, 2017
No structure what so ever, the manager for the payroll department has no authority, the other employees talk behind her back. Training was a joke, you are given a giant book and told to read it "everything you need to know is in there". No professionalism, employees show up in sandals, F bombs heard around the office.

Good if you are in need of quick cash, they pay weekly.
Pros
Close to home
Cons
Horrible training

Great Stepping Stone
Prefer not to say (Current Employee) –  Colton, CAFebruary 8, 2016
The best part of this job is knowing that you are making a difference in someone's life.
The worst is, well, everything else. Poor pay when compared to others in the same field in the same city. Long hours, days off rotate, no time outside of work, overtime is required. One person runs the entire multi million dollar operation on the weekends, for little compensation.
This company has forgotten what it means to take care of your own. "If you take care of your employees, they will take care of you automatically."
Learned a lot about myself and about working in a corporate environment.
Pros
Great team of people to work alongside with. A lot of information to learn, and a lot of skills are acquired.
Cons
Expensive health care, confusing 401k, inconsistent hours, no dental, vacation is accrued through the year, no incentives.

Putting people to work
Operations Manager (Current Employee) –  Cherry Hill, NJJune 25, 2014
Job opportunities for CDL A and B drivers, many leading to full time employment with our clients. Prompt pay as long as drivers completes and submits paperwork properly and on time - simple procedure to follow, given to all employees in writing for reference. As long as driver is flexible and reasonable in his expectations it is a very good place to work - as quickly as possible drivers get placed in long term assignments. Any of our assignments can lead to full time work if a driver shows he cares about the job - those who "milk the clock" will not have the same opportunities and will be weeded out.
Pros
can try various assignments, competitive pay, health coverag available
Cons
staffing needs can be up and down
