Horrible; no structure; complete chaos and lying; Run away
RN care manager (Former Employee) –  Staten Island, NYFebruary 21, 2015
Company lies all the time; they hire you for one job/position and change it in a few month to something else. Compensation is OK, benefits are terrible. Middle management is nice and supportive, executives are changing things around with no notice; such as they hire nurses to do field in the area reasonably closed to their homes and/or work from home; then force to come to their corporate office on Staten Island on daily basis and pay tall.
Cons
no structure, no training, constant restructuring
