Some clinics are busier than others. Employees work 2,12 hour shifts, and you will get a 30 minute lunch and no breaks. You will have to fight to take vacation days that you earned. Centra Care is a subsidiary of Florida Hospital, and their work model is to always maintain a minimal skeletal staff. So if you want to take time off, it will be frowned upon. You will be asked to constantly to fill in other shifts even after two 12 hour shifts, so if you have a family, Centra Care will not be a good fit for you. Negotiate your starting salary well, beacause it will be the last pay raise you will see aside maybe with you standard of living raise. Being a great performer is not rewarded here.
