There wasn't a typical day to state the least. Everyday was something new and stressful. Before my first day the organization exuded poor professionalism and rudeness.
On one positive note I learned a ton about the local communities and stakeholders. My team was a pleasant and vibrate group to work with.
On the down side, there is lack of direction and terrible attitudes. The CEO talks to the employees with such disrespect.
I wouldn't recommend this organization unless you enjoy hostility.

Management and job culture is horrible. Turnover rate is unbelievable. CEO and chief administrators are the worse I've ever encountered. Very Unprofessional. There are no means of advancement or growth. Benefits are horrible and they will find ways, personal, to refuse you to use your paid time-off. The CEO lacks leadership and skills to truly take the organization where it needs to go. It is truly an act of God that is keeping these doors open. There is a definite need for the company but new leadership is needed.

Management here is interested only in how much they personally are making. Not open to listening to ideas on improving patient experience at all. Very difficult to get supplies - they change vendors often due to who they owe. Management's view in solving any problem is to blame and fire an employee, nothing gets better, only continues in the same pattern. The nurse mgr role is temporary - will be filled only until they get through survey and then nurse will be terminated, I've witnessed this first hand. And there are upper management with no clinical background making clinical decisions and expecting nursing to carry out their orders. A true nightmare!!

 Followed and implemented all clinical and government requirements, including HIPAA and OSHA
