Close Nit Family
Scholarship Advisor (Former Employee), Albuquerque, NM – April 25, 2013
Pros: paying for school
Cons: redundancy
Although there was a high turnover rate due to student employee's graduating, moving on to other schools or not making the grade the atmosphere was like that of a family. There was lots of repetitive work but being able to work in groups made the day go by much faster and more exciting. I can't say enough about my direct supervisor, she was all ways – more... there no matter what I needed. Co-workers were more like brothers and sisters then colleges.Being a school, there was something somebody brought to the table in the form of being able to learn from one another, – less

Great start
Career Resource Specialist (Former Employee), Albuquerque, NM – January 13, 2013
Pros: montoya campus- safe, secure, close to home, flexible, genuine staff, educational institution
Cons: driving to the main campus
This was the company that gave me a great start in every way. From the classroom to the inner workings of a college. With that knowledge, I was able to assist and pass that knowledge onto fellow co-workers and classmates. Of course passed down from great mentors at CNM. As a student employee I was able to work, attend school and be home at five. I learned – more... a great deal of time management, organization and customer service skills. Having to attend class and work at the same time, I've had to keep to a strict schedule with juggling my homework and work duties, but never falling behind with either. I enjoyed working at and with the great staff at CNM, as well as earning my Associates Degree. – less

It was student employment
Instructional Media Resources Student Employee (Former Employee), Albuquerque, NM – August 18, 2012
Pros: study at work
Cons: did not pay very well
You can't expect much when you are working for the place you go to school. It was usually easy, and mundane work, but the contacts I made there, and the ability to work while and where I studied was invaluable.

The best boss I Have ever had worked there, and he taught me a lot about how to manage, and engage employees, and co workers.

your grammar and spelling are atrocious. This isn't the best representation of the school, which I know teaches much better than this.
