Very organized and time oriented
Zone Supervisor (Former Employee), Columbus, OHJuly 15, 2014
Supervised coach operators checked time points logged information did counseling discipline hearings coaching and training, customer service.
I learned how to track and audit routes how to use outlook how to lead meeting and how to investigate.
My co-workers worked hard to keep services on time as well.
Hardest part of the job is keeping your customers – more... motivated whether interior or exterior.
I pride myself on on-time service. – less

Bus Operator (Former Employee), columbus, ohioJune 25, 2013
Pros: sitting constantly
Cons: rarely have free time
A decent job with decent pay. Co-workers and generally nice and helpful. The hardest part of the job is usually the public. I liked working for the company but with sick children its not the job to have.

Great pay position
Bus Operator/Customer Service (Former Employee), Columbus, OHNovember 29, 2012
Pros: union, driving, knowing the city better, long breaks, sleep time
Cons: short breaks, 8 hour runs, being followed by a supervisor
this job is great for a great supportive family or single person with no young children that needs caring for. You may get lucky to get steady work. The work flow is not consistent but the pay is good. The extra board workers gets the benefit of having overtime and getting to know all of the routes better. Co-workers are fun and the Management is strict – more... on safety and timing. I loved meeting new people and talking to them on a regular on my consistent routes. My favorite route was the crosstown 92 and the several of the express routes were fun and full of nice people. – less
