Excellent opportunity for a motivated, hardworking and enthusiastic individual to work in a Medical Doctor's office.

As an Admin Assistant/Office Manager you will responsible for coordination of everyday office activities. The ideal candidate will create a smooth work flow within the office environment. This position requires excellent communication and organizational skills, and good computer skills.

Responsibilities include:

- Booking appointments
- Answering phone calls
- Interacting with patients
- Organizing charts
- Collecting payments
- Taking patient histories
- Assisting doctor with patients
- Maintaining the overall upkeep of office
- Maintaining office Facebook page

- Knowledge of MS Word required, must be a people person, organized and reliable.

Start time: as soon as possible. On the job training. Days of the week: Mon - Thurs. & Saturday; 35 hours a week

Salary: $10/hour
