A Productive Day
Driver/Airport Shuttle Operator (Current Employee), Salt Lake City, UT – February 5, 2013
A typical day at starts with getting there on time to get assignments for the day and learn if there has been any changes to our route or the way we can better ourselves. I have learned to deal with my co-workers better by listening and talking to them directly. I have felt that i learn more when i am surrounded by co-workers than when i am alone. The – more... most enjoyable time that i have in this job is when i am able to give passengers instructions and make a difference in their travels. I enjoy driving and taking care of problems that arise and quickly get them done on time. I like to be punctual and on time, – less

Lead Attendant/Senior Administrative Assistant (Former Employee), National Harbor, MD – November 7, 2012
Pros: heavy client interaction.
Cons: forced to become a union member
I learned that in the transportation world, you will always have an irate customer. No matter what you may do to try and diffuse the situation, the person will remain in sour state. It was a great learning experience to maintain decorum in all situation regardless of the circumstance.
