Was a great place to work with a friendly and family atmosphere. Due to the recent buy out things turned for the worst. Hired new management team that does not have a clue on how to do the job, they no longer care for their employees.

Centric was focused on patients and what benefited them, but due to recent managerial changes, the focus quickly changed. Pay for my current position seems to never increase, though more tasks and responsibilities have increased. They do offer great paid time off options, but health coverage switched, and coverage/costs have become ridiculous. There are no advancement opportunities for any position.

Culture and Focus of managers/supervisors are not for patients well being.

This is a good place to work. The employees are exceptional and they really have a passion for their patients. They do what is necessary to get their patients the life sustaining medication they need.
