Assistant Manager (Former Employee) – Brookline, MA – March 9, 2014
A good bank to work for with fewer stresses than most. The owners are involved the details of their bank and care very much about their employees and clients. As an employee I felt very secure in my job. They are very concerned with things being done correctly so it is important to be detail oriented.
Items Processing Supervisor (Former Employee) – Medford, MA – November 14, 2013
Great staff. Hard workers. Management didn't always recognize the staff for what they did but rather what they didn't do. Benefits were ok. Good health care but you paid a premium for it. Long hours during the busy time short hours in off season
If you enjoy selling products for little reward then you may like this place
Teller (Former Employee) – Santa Fe, NM – April 5, 2012
First off selling bank products is their main concern. You don't make your sales they don't like you. Granted it seems easy to only need Five checking accounts and Six other products a month but when you see the same people over and over again and get told not to bother asking those people, well where are your accounts gonna come from? Even if you do make your goals your reward is Twenty dollars extra on your paycheck. Not much incentive right there not much at all.
sometimes the boss will spring for breakfast, friendly coworkers (some)
not enough competitive edge amongst coworkers, some management have big heads.
