First off selling bank products is their main concern. You don't make your sales they don't like you. Granted it seems easy to only need Five checking accounts and Six other products a month but when you see the same people over and over again and get told not to bother asking those people, well where are your accounts gonna come from? Even if you do make your goals your reward is Twenty dollars extra on your paycheck. Not much incentive right there not much at all.
sometimes the boss will spring for breakfast, friendly coworkers (some)
not enough competitive edge amongst coworkers, some management have big heads.
