Pros: member relationship
Cons: consistantly long work days
Opening new accounts, processing loans, handling member research, coaching staff and mentoring. Work on reports as needed. Visit with business liaisons when avaiable. It is hard to fulfill Managerial skills when you are short staffed. The most enjoyable part of the job is the interaction with the staff and members.

Cons: management support, interactions with other departments
Member-based financial organization with focus on serving members with high quality service. I learned the true meaning of team work by assisting co-workers with other projects, and helping them resolve member issues. Management was not supportive, with a few exceptions.
