It is hard to fulfill Managerial skills when you are short staffed. The most enjoyable part of the job is the interaction with the staff and members.

Poor Company to work for. Inconsistent, and unethical management. No work life balance, Management does not honor internal policies.

Member-based financial organization with focus on serving members with high quality service. I learned the true meaning of team work by assisting co-workers with other projects, and helping them resolve member issues. Management was not supportive, with a few exceptions.
