Pros: good teachers, moral boosting events
Century Insurance was one of my first professional jobs so I learned a lot working there. They were great teachers and offered schooling so I could get my license. I learned to research different insurance options in my downtime so I was as informed as possible when helping customers. The coworkers were professional and friendly. The company hosted a couple off-site get-togethers a year which helped keep the moral up and the workers united.
