  Under the direction of Kathy Marinello, Ceridian has continued to lay off its domestic work force. In doing so they have substituted quality service for outsourced penny pinching. While this penny pinching may increase the pocket books of the company ownership and CEO, it is clearly the last gasp of a failing company. Kathy Marinello appears to be sucking what is left of the company dry- to the benefit of cronies from her former venture- GE.

  It seems difficult to get a job at Ceridian unless you are gay or a minority. I worked there on through a contract service and found their employees highly unprofessional and their management involved with nothing but meetings. I would not advise anyone to work there.
