It is not a secure environment. If you have a choice between Ceridian and another company, look into the stability of the other. If that is not bad enough, contributions, talents and length of service does not make a difference when it is time to cut people. There is also no clear career development opportunities. Wanttk be somewhere steady. Management is continually turning over. Products difficult to use

Beautiful work location in St. Petersburg, FL. Pay was above average for the region. Culture was poor with the majority of hourly workforce under paid, under trained and held to extremely high standards. Their internal human resource function was poorly run and difficult to talk to a live representative in person. The core of Ceridian's issues is outdated – more...  technology that does not allow their payroll teams to process in a timely and efficient manner resulting in delays and improperly run payrolls for their customers. The executive management team was visible, though not in person and often through webinars that were shown in large group envionments and difficult to follow. Senior management was cut throat and demanding in a way that I had never seen in my career. Often in meetings senior management was rude and took pleasure in embarassing team members in front of others. Needless to say turnover at this company was extremely high, I would estimate 50% at the hourly level and 40% at the exempt level. – less

I spent a significant amount of time with this company in a sales role. Constant turnover of managers, ineffective lead generation and scarce training made it difficult to succeed. It was possible to achieve success if you were willing to commit to a long sales cycle. Cerdian seemed like a good place to work. Super co-workers that were dedicated to doing things the right way. The blue folder meeting with HR one day changed my entire opinion of Ceridian and the management team. I would not recommend this company to anybody.

Since begining with a team of two, we have grown to 15. I successfully transitioned processess from one external team to another.Daily activities include continuing to train and mentor external team (virtually) as well as train and mentor internal team and Supervisor. Research for Client, employee, Shared Services and external inquries and ecalations. – more...  Prepare orders for data entry processing, research for return checks, mentor and train. The current internal team compiles of three former collegues from former employers who years of experience collectively expand the wealth of knowledge of the team.
