Established group of regional industrial service companies needs to add to their outside sales force.
As providers of heat treating, surface grinding and custom machining knowledge and experience in those industries is desired. Excellent in house training can transform an interesting candidate if they're mechanically adept and have the personal drive to learn.
Established customer base with opportunity to grow. Territory is approximately 100 mile radius of Dayton but is not limited to that.
The right person would receive the necessary training, auto (or car allowance), phone and laptop computer.

Sales conducted Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana for an Ohio Heat Treating company in diverse manufacturing industries.
Prospecting for new customers.
Negotiating and closing sales.
Professional and goal driven.
Three to five years B2B sales experience preferred in industrial services.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and Outlook.
Telephone sales work, both inbound and outbound.
Selling on the road 80% of the work week.
Experience selling to or through industrial distributors and end users a must.
Developed customer resistance and objections to buying strategy.
2-4+ year college degree or equivalent a plus.
