A typical day at Certified Laboratories included cold calling. As with any commission sales job, everyday requires planning and prospecting. The management at Certified labs are great mentors as they all work their own commission territories. Trainers spend a lot of nights out, many hours in the field selling and hours at the end of each day training. The hardest part of the job is training people who are not as confident as they should be or who have had their confidence shaken. The most enjoyable part is watching the sales representatives grow and develop their skills as well as their business.
