Security Officer, Silver Spring, MD - March 5, 2017
A typical day at work in my opinion would be everyone working on the same accord, following the direct procedures that are required on the job. working with security taught me to not be so sensitive about everything because nothing is personal. it showed me how to gain patience. it taught me to think more logically and to stay alert at all times even on my break. Management was pretty organized. every shift we had at least two managers on duty and as an employer, we had each other if our managers were not able to get to us right away. that helped a lot just in case someone forgot a step to a procedure. working with CES, I haven't came across a challenging part. The most enjoyable part of the job for me would be getting to meet new people and being in a totally different environment especially when its professional.
