Billing Administrator (Current Employee) – El Segundo, CA – September 27, 2015
The department I worked had a very chill work culture. No one really questioned if you came in late or left early (within reason) so long as you get your work done. Allowed to wear jeans and polos to work if you want. Casual Fridays.
The company occasionally rewards employees with semi-annual parties, but overall does not do enough to "lift" employees up and make them feel valued. Yearly bonus and stipend is pretty small.
Best part of the job is definitely the people. I worked with a fantastic team, many of whom I can call friends.
Casual, not getting yelled at, easy-going
Few incentives, tedious systems, mediocre management
There are better places to work for the same money.
Client Support (Current Employee) – St. Cloud, MN – February 19, 2016
The pay for what one is expected to know and the amount of work you do daily is inadequate. I have been here only a short time and I can already see that moving up or even ever making a decent wage here is very difficult. I personally do not see a future for me here. The only company needs to be restructured top to bottom beginning with operations. The team leads need training on how to be effective. My lead spends more time worrying about doing more then then the rest of us. When you take the leader role you are expected to do more. The sooner I can find something different the better.
Dept Supervisor Insurance and FINRA Registrations (Former Employee) – El Segundo, CA – October 16, 2014
A typical day is spent overseeing employees and their job duties. Talking to representatives and or their office supervisors ensuring they have all requirements and were in compliance to do insurance and or securities business in the state for their clients. It was a very fast paced and involving workplace which required specific attention to detail.
Registration Coordinator (Former Employee) – Saint Cloud, MN – April 17, 2015
Certain departments are very cliquey. The amount of work per person for the pay just isn't worth the stress for little reward. Some of the field reps were awesome to work with and for but internally a lot of restructuring needs to happen.
