overworked shadee unbecoming
Medic (Former Employee), mo –
Pros: free birthday month lunches
Cons: over worked
Pretty shadee place and very clicky where associates work seven days a week. If you have an office position when work gets slow, which is about 6 months out of the year, you will be asked to use you planned vacation days and also to work in the clinics as a medic to get your hours. When you work in the clinics those shift are all day and all night with – more...  no breaks for you and you will be performing your office position duties along with your clinical duties. Oh an there are some people who are special and never have to leave their office to go to the clinics and do what your doing. They said no I can't.
Because their old friends of your boss. The boss hire them and they moved right on up even tho they mowed grass, flipped hamburgers, or in retail before they worked at Cetero. Altho you weren't hired to perform medic functions, they just figured out you could do that too. Compensation and benefits are average. The culture is very uncomfortable. Ms. Goodie two shoes will be watching what you say or making things up, so they can sent your boss an email. Values are for perfect perfection. They will cover up there friends mistakes for that perfection. For example, there are husbands working there and the wifes are the bosses. Its the bosses bread and butter, so what do you think. They would lose the house at the lake if it weren't perfect. Job security once was, that would be before the cetero corporation. Advancement no no there are no positions available and they ready know who's who for any advancements. Management its a group thing, if you ask a question. Management will say that a good question I will get back to you on that. Management goes on vacation together frequently to broo up some new procedure. Look out when they come back to sit in there office and broo. – less

Pros: flexible
Cons: financially questionable
I have worked here for over a decade. The flexibility allows me to maintain my families needs, as well as my own. I enjoy what I do, and what I've learned through the company. Unfortunately since they've become corporate the employees have become second nature to the exrcs.
