Customer Service Representative (Former Employee), Auburn, WASeptember 8, 2014
Pros: if time of was needed they worked with you.
Cons: some people would not pull their wieght.
My day at CEVA started at 7:30, I logged in to my system and turned my phone on. I started by answering the phones and assist fellow co-workers and clients with daily activities along with defusing any problems as they arose. I learned that every one has different expectations and respect is very important. Management was always there to help as a need – more... presented itself. The hardest part of the job was leaving, I enjoyed the new friendships that were created. – less

Productive, fun, and positive work environment with plenty of opportunities of advancement.
Operations Specialist (Former Employee), Reno, NVSeptember 7, 2014
Pros: great pay, good benefits, 401k, opportunities for annual bonuses
Cons: "use or lose" pto
A typical work day for me while working at CEVA Logistics involved both clerical as well as warehouse specific tasks. My clerical work included answering phones, data entry, order processing, filing, as well as order tracking using our specialized computer programs. The tasks I would perform in the warehouse included receiving of all inbound freight-unloading, – more... labeling, and sorting. I also helped in preparing outbound freight-scanning, labeling, and sorting. CEVA Logistics overall was a great place to work. The management did a fantastic job at making sure the employees were happy therefore ensuring a positive and functional work environment. We were all like family rather than co-workers and/or employees. The re-pore we built with eachother was a great one. – less

Cons: bad management team, a lot of stress
The work was very easy and the co-workers were very friendly. Managment team was very unorganized, unfair, harrasing employess. Made it as if you rather not come to work to deal with it, easy or not

Ceva Logistics is a good company that is expanding yearly.
Material Handler/Forklift Operator (Returns) (Current Employee), Memphis, TNSeptember 5, 2014
Pros: paid breaks, growing company
Cons: short breaks, no central air and heating in warehouse
I have been employed at Ceva Logistics for seven years now. I have been cross-trained all the way across the board when it comes to the day to day operations of different departments. The management is fair and friendly so, that make the job a lot more tolerable. My co-workers all are have been at the job over 5 years so the combined knowledge makes – more... teamwork an easy effort . The most hardest part of the job is withstanding the weather conditions due to the warehouse not having central air. The most enjoyable part of the job is know that you have satisfied a customers demand with on time shipping and great customer service. – less

Daily HR Functions
HR Coordinator Temp (Former Employee), Houston, TXSeptember 3, 2014
Daily download export of all employees. I have gained knowledge working with programs like Survey Monkey, Sucessfactors, and Taleo. Conducting phone interviews and screening prospective employees is something else that I have learned as well. The people that I worked with were very helpful and friendly. The hardest part of the job is learning all the – more... new programs at first, but it became easier after the first week or so. – less

Although I am thankful for the opportunity, I don't think I would want to work there again.
Customer Service/Dispatcher (Former Employee), Elk Grove, ILAugust 12, 2014
There was no work/life balance at this company, no room for advancement and rarely pay increases. I worked overnight with the promise of switching to day shift shortly after, over a year later I was still working the overnight shift and management was fully aware that I had children at home.
