4th Largest Supply Chain Company in the World
Manager (Current Employee), Not Disclosed – May 13, 2013
CEVA has grown too large, and seems to be more concerned with bringing in talent from external candidates and paying them fair market value instead of compensating internal candidates that have equal experience.

I enjoy working with our employees daily they are excellent dedicated individuals.

Ceva in Lewisville needs the owner to come in as an undercover employee. That facility should be shut down

Ceva Logistics is a fast paced working environment with good communication skills with their customers.
Transportation Specialist (Former Employee), Greenville, NC – April 24, 2013
Pros: enjoy working with the customers and coworkers.
- very fast paced
- I learned alot from working with this company, such as dedication to the customer; great communication skills; respect for the rights, dignity and contributions of all employees; team work, etc...
- I have enjoyed working with all of the management from this company, they are very knowledgeable.
- The hardest part of my job would – more... be working some 17 - 18 hour days occasionally. I do not mind working and working hard, it can just be tough at times.
- The most enjoyable part of my job is I really enjoy working with all of my customers and we have all created a bond between us. I have earned their trust and they are more likely to work with me when situations arise then what they are another co-worker. – less

No advancement in the work place
Dispatcher (Former Employee), Hayward, CA – April 23, 2013
Horrible work place. Some managers and supervisors are great to work worth and learn from. The rest are garbage with a true lack of an understanding of running a business and keeping their employees happy.

Not a good place to work
Operations (Former Employee), Carlisle PA – April 23, 2013
Be prepared to be nothing but a number with this company. I was given 4 days training and expected to retain this training for 2 months while the start up occurred, and if I needed help I was damned if I asked for help, and damned if I didn't. Most of the staff and management were supportive, but my core supervisory team had their expectations too high – more... for the little bit of compensation offered. – less

Terrible place to work at.
forklift operator (Former Employee), Lewisville Texas – April 20, 2013
Pros: no pros.
Cons: too much for little money.
1- if you're not white you can't advance
2- management does not know what they are doing
3- they always want you to do more, with little or no races
4- PTO and sick are given as one they don't carry on or roll over if call in sick you still get a point and you only get 12 points allow ayear once you pass that you're gone
5- management has regulations – more... for you not to do wich they don't follow.
6- not enough equipment (forklifts)
7-poor signal for RF guns.
8-PTO you only earn 4 hrs per month (ex. I need to work 2 full months to earn 8hr. PTO)
I work in this place for 3 years I started at $ 11.25 when i became permanent $ 11.33 and ended making $ 11.95 lots of gossips, brown nosses , some people will end up making less once you become permanent not many people wants to show you what they know.
There is more but ran out of space.
NOTE NOT ALL CEVAS PAY AND TREAT THE SAME. – less

Struggling – April 29, 2013

I had similar experience. Worked hard for over a year and a half to become permanent, only to have location close 6 months later. Poor planning by management to link 90% of business to one customer and the remaining 10% was a vendor for customer #1. Long story short... customer closes plant, all else fails. Having hard time receiving references since we don't know where management relocated.

SmoothC – May 15, 2013

The public should have many more complaints due to the fact that ceva in Lewisville,Tx only hire temporary employees from an employment agency. Most temps only worked with ceva for less than two months and ceva find a reason to replace them with another. They let go of their company employees so that they can keep the money in their pockets...What a horrible company to work for. 90% temps-10% ceva employees
