Clean house with transactional micro managers and hire forward thinking leaders.

I would streamline some processes without neglecting details. Increase efficiency during auditing processes in a few different departments.

It has become a more centralized organization and the hires do not have the experience of the challenges of the campus life. I would move back to letting the campuses have more autonomy in how it runs it policies and markets it's program.
