U apply online. If u don't say u are will to work an open schedule, then u can't be hired. If u do say that u will work an open schedule then step one is done. Next u go to the office, site in class so they can train u on getting ur non com security license, which mean they put u in a room with a projector play some movies answer a quick test, and pass a basic background check that they run while u watch the movies u got a job. Scheduling will call u in to talk to u about where u can go. Get u a uniform and that's it. But remember that thing about open schedule, if for any reason u can no longer work an open schedule HR will be quick to remind u about it, and if u still can't she will send a request to fire u up the chain quick for "lying on ur application"

You sit in orientation from 8 a.m. until basically 2 o'clock in the afternoon and then you are given a yes or a no if you are hired. But they don't tell you that you have to sit in the orientation classroom for more than 4 hours or for 4 hours until you get there.
