A typical day at channel was easy. I learned how to repair machines. The most enjoyable part of the job is when the machine would function properly

Vice President of Quality (Current Employee), Chesterland, Ohio 44026June 21, 2012
Pros: great work force
Cons: very competitive market
A day at Channel Products took on many facets. I could be involved with supplier quality, production floor quality issues or customer quality issue. What I learned is that for each issue you must determine the root cause before any action is taken. Collect all of the facts and talk with the people involved. The most enjoyable part of working at Channel – more... Products, Inc. is the support and cooperation that management and employees provide. Everyone there is working to making the company better.

The hardest part of the job is to get to the root cause of any quality issue. People that care, can get defensive about their part in a problem; it takes time to earn their trust and work towards a solution.

The most enjoyable part of working at Channel Products, Inc. is the celebration of success and there are many reasons to celebrate. – less
