Charles Aris was founded in 1969 by our President and Managing Director, C. Mitchell Oakley, Jr. Since that time, our organization has grown to assist over 500 different companies in their staffing and executive search needs. We are a full service executive search firm, with service offerings that include Executive Search, Staffing Research, Candidate – more... Due Diligence, and Personality Profiling.

1) Our Priority Search Process. Simply put it's fourteen steps that guarantee our thoroughness in identifying, qualifying and attracting the talent that will take your company to the next level. We take no short cuts and deliver the best talent.
2) Our focus on cultural fit. Ensuring that a candidate has the technical skill set to perform in the job is just one half of our deliverable. At Charles Aris we also ensure that each and every candidate we present also fits your culture. We do this in two ways: 1) asking detailed questions of both you and the candidate throughout the process, and 2) leveraging SelecSys, our personality profiling tool.
3) Our due diligence process. Via our 360 degree reference process, we speak with superiors, peers and subordinates for each candidate before we make a formal client introduction. That way we ensure that we're not wasting anybody's time in moving the process forward. In addition, by completing references and due diligence prior to interviews we prevent the conflict of interest that is created if references are completed only after you decide you like a candidate.
