Pros: oustanding benefits
Cons: bad employee moral due to layoffs
I have enjoyed working here for the past 5 years and have advanced from being hired in as just an animal husbandry technician to a Research Technician III. I am pretty much plateued in my field currently and don't see much more room for advancement and feel it is time for me to seek employment else where. We have had many layoffs within the past 3 years – more... and do not want to find myself to be next on the chopping block. My supervisor has done the best he can to develop me and I would make a great asset to any company interested in hiring me. – less
