I did enjoy working for Charlotte Russe. When I was there, there was alot of drama between the management because most of them were friends. But the job itself was great. I do wish that they made everyone more of a team by letting people assist with backroom operations. Company is micro managing
Time Policy is unbelievable, giving points every 3 minutes late and even in breaks, lunch or forgot to clock in/out you get points.

Dealt with a lot of customers and I learned the value of communbication and the way to communicate with other people that you are not familiar with. My co workers was very nice people who alway want to progress in people and see people doing there best work.

customer service in retail is always fun... it's like playing dress up.. i've learned that management and that feild can be hard. but, I loved woking for the company.

i was only seasonal but overall i liked it. Did not learn much.

It was just always really long shifts and i didn't really have alot of time to balance my life with everything else that i needed to do with this job. i liked my coworkers but it seemed everything was just kind of looking out for themselves and not really interested in helping anybody else out. Nice work enviroment and coworkers were nice. Hardest part of the job were doing visuals for each part of the store. Only thing that was enjoyable was the shopping and getting a great employee discount, but no type of career advancement. I'm not trying to have a career in retail no way.

was a fun company that cared about its associates until advent bought the company. The expectations were increasing while payroll was decreasing. Charlotte Russe is a great place to work, very fun and nice people. Great clothes, and really good discounts. I enjoyed my time working there. Other than the low pay and short amount of hours, it was a great experience.

My shifts were only 4 hours sometimes 3 hours. The management lied and talked about its employees to other employees. I enjoyed my coworkers and the music was the most enjoyable part of my shifts. I learned that sometimes working conditions aren't ideal but being mature and sticking it through is part of growing up and becoming an adult.

All the managers were rude. They never trained me properly, they hardly gave me any hours. Managers did not like me because I wasn't trained right. That place was a joke!

I was able to use my own fashion sense. I became more energetic and courteous,

fun place to work if your in to fashion stocking, cleaning and sales excite me.

I love Charlotte Russe and my coworkers. Having a close relationship with my store manager and other assistant makes the job alot easier and helps me learn things I didnt learn before

a typical day of work would be a 1till 10 shift

walk in take over the store , and manage the sales associates check
in shipment . change the store from time to time through out the store making sure every one has taken their breaks . answering emails. the most enjoyable part about the job was knowing that i would help people

Helping customer find the right item and ring them up when they are done with shopping.

I have a hobby for fashion so I enjoyed being able to express myself through my wardrobe at work as well as helping other with their shopping and fashion experience. My associates and management staff were so fun to be around and everyone was always having a good time.

store is closed so there is little to write about or review. Management was unprfessional

lots of comunication,flexible schedules,great environment.

An upbeat environment with great coworkers. Great setting and style, everyone works together to communicate and work harder to get tasks done.
