While there is no typical work day here at Charmer, depending on what team you're on, the opportunity to learn new technologies goes as far as your willingness to learn does. While management does sometimes focus on Agenda Pushing, they are for the most part understanding and committed to your growth as long as you show initiative.
My co-workers are really great and understanding people. Again, Charmer is a large organization, so your results may vary, but for the most part the culture is the same around the board.
The hardest part of the job would have to be dealing with the expectations put forth by management and the employees that you are supporting. You're not always given the tolls needed to succeed from management so on some occasions, thinking outside of the box comes in handy.
