Good job
Dispatcher I (Current Employee), Reno, NVMay 16, 2014
Pros: stable employment
Cons: incosistency with staff and lack of growth opportunities
I feel the job is essential and they make it known but the salary is hard to live on. There is very little room for advancement. Some management likes to pigeon hole you and will not allow you to grow. Some management pushes you to exceed. The hours change frequently and it can and does create havoc with your family each time a new shift bid is released. – more... There is inconsistency between the two call centers as well. – less

Great place to work at, enjoyed the company as a whole and thought the benefits offers were tremendous, does need some management improvement as there seems to be a lack of management being on the same page.

Poorly organized and managed company
Direct Sales Representative (Former Employee), OregonMay 1, 2014
Pros: you get to meet some nice people while door knocking.
Cons: no team atmosphere, pays for 8 hours and wants work from 10 am - 8 pm. 2 confrence calls daily even on sat.
Upper management is only number driven with no concern for the people. Communication amongst departments is next to nothing. There is not a Team Charter atmosphere. Demands Sat. work and pay check says Monday thru Friday. Micro manages "we will be watching you". You as an employee does not feel important. You are only a NUMBER.

On a typical day working for this company is very fast past and fun. With some best training and management charter made sure I gain full knowledge and safety skills I needed to perform excellent customer service. The hardest part working for this company is when it rains, due to weather we were unable to utilize some equipment.
