Completely different setup for teachers. I have worked publicly and it is just plain better for the teachers.

Better pay and benefits, oh and larger classrooms with windows in the Dade County School system. Charter Schools - you are underpaid for the workload, and most are run by corporations. The ones not run by corporations are decent.
