bad employee morale, cant get staff or keep them,
former employee (Former Employee), Bridgeville,, PAMarch 1, 2014
Cons: low salary, bad benefits, don't value their employees, poor clinical care
Absolute horrid place to work. No raises for five years. No bonuses anymore. Overworked employees. Senior management are back stabbers. They do not value their employees. They dont want supervisory input if it is different from theirs. They just pile on the work. Staff lie and go after each other. They cannot keep employees. The CEO should be fired. – more... She has no skills as a CEO... very poor management skills. Since the previous CEO retired the agency has declined and is financially struggling. The agency has lost the respect of all its employees. Staff are retiring and finding other jobs. – less

Nightmare
BSC (Current Employee), PittsburghJune 30, 2012
Pros: agency vehicles to utilize.
Cons: everything else.
Terrible place to work. Benefits are too expensive, low employee morale, management are motivated by personal agendas and disconnected from misson, must maintain 500 billable units per month (no credit for time off), minimal support, overwhelming unattainble employee expectations.

Poor management, over worked employees, and had terrible benifits
Blended Service Coordinator (Former Employee), Bridgeville, PAApril 23, 2012
Chatiers used to be a great workplace but when a new CEO took over the place slowly went down hill. It became unable to hold employees, they turned employees against eachother, and threatened employees with there job security.
