If there was a valid reason for the termination or lay-off in the first place, then that's usually a red-flag- disgruntled, poor attitude or work ethic. PLUS It is virtually impossible to get that same candidate back in the same job assuming the hiring manager is the same and they are asking for a replacement. This is especially true if you NO SHOW, or QUIT WITHOUT NOTICE, etc. Would you re-hire someone like that? However, If the employee was recruited away, more times than not, the company and CHASE will easily re-negotiate and get the candidate the job again at a later date assuming its mutual.

Congrats on your placement! If you are/were on Temp to Hire, there are basic insurance options available to any contractor. Hope this helps!

The availability of open jobs depends on what agreements CHASE has with surrounding clients. -If you find something you'd like to be submitted to and a CHASE representative hasn't presented it to you, then usually if you inquire they can very quickly find the appropriate Hiring manager to submit you. Hope this helps!
