Job Description and Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative to sell Chatty Applications to SME and Fortune 500 companies.

This is a great opportunity for professionals with a proven inside sales background to flourish in a dynamic, competitive sales environment.
- Make or exceed your sales target
- Follow up and qualify new leads (daily)
- Drive the sale from first call to close
- Manage a large volume of leads and prospects
- Keep all of your sales records up to date in Zoho (daily)

- Track record in closing new business and exceeding sales targets
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of inside sales of software or other technology products
- Background in the construction industry preferred
- Proven ability to connect with people and gain commitments from them
- Proven ability to push past rejection and achieve results
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

Compensation and Benefits
Compensation is uncapped commissions. Commissions increase based on performance.
