Pros: free lunches, lots of shifts that you can switch within if you need coverage.
Cons: they took away privelage to work from home..only in emergencies.
Fasted paced inbound call center. Took Sales calls also when needed. Co workers were nice, manangement were nice but stuck to there own as well as the co workers who were there for a long time. If you were in the click, then you were gold. Upper management were very nice. They have fun as a company in a whole.
