Pros: free every so often
Cons: no drug testing, unprofessional managers and no respect or care towards employees
This job is not for everyone unfortunately. I will have to say many changes have been made with management which seems to have decreased in professionalism as well as overall growth for agents over a short amount of time. Majority of money made by agents is based off commission due to meeting sales goals by hitting more sale then calls taken. Unfortunately – more... every call counts against you even if it has nothing to do with sales, which sadly decreases your chances of hitting the goals needed to receive a decent pay out. The lack of care the company has towards employee needs is an outrage. Any outside emergencies seem to not be acceptable and will result in man write ups. Overall there is a lot of changes this company could make to overall make it a very enjoyable work environment. Some ideas could be being more understanding with calls to sales ratio as well as mandatory drug testing for employees. – less

Cons: slow in the advancement opportunities.
Overall this is a very good company to work for. Its a growing company with a lot of room for advancement. However, that advancements doesnt reflect the abilities of the person being promoted. Other than that the work environment is very laid back and fun. There is very strong work ethic that is expected of thier employees.

Pros: free lunches, lots of shifts that you can switch within if you need coverage.
Cons: they took away privelage to work from home..only in emergencies.
Fasted paced inbound call center. Took Sales calls also when needed. Co workers were nice, manangement were nice but stuck to there own as well as the co workers who were there for a long time. If you were in the click, then you were gold. Upper management were very nice. They have fun as a company in a whole.

CheapCaribbean.com is a great company. It has a awesome benefit package and they truly care about their employees. They foster a culture of employee engagement and truly care about their employees and the work life balance. The environment is fast but everyone works together and has a good time.
