Fun place to work with opportunities
SALES AGENT (Current Employee) –  Phoenix, AZJune 21, 2015
This is a very fun place to work and they are very accommodating. There is always someone there to happily assist you. Your checks are based on how well you can do and this comes from how hard you are willing to work. You are depending on yourself with this job. I have seen people make $600 in a two week period. On the other hand I have seen people make $4000+ in two weeks. It is also really cool when reps come into the office and they provide lunch for us. This will usually happen about 6 - 10 times per month.
Pros
Friendly environment, commision based
Cons
Payscale program, information is different depending on the manager.

Great Place to Work
Chief Marketing Officer (Current Employee) –  Dallas, TXNovember 13, 2013
This is a great place to work if you are interested in making a difference in a company.
It is a high growth company, which means you have an opportunity to make significant contributions that will improve your skill base as well as your resume. People who like to be a part of that type of environment do very well. If you are skilled at your job you will be able to make your own decisions.
Pros
fast growth, career making opportunity for people with skills who are willing to work hard, very good people work there.
Cons
technology is a bit clunky which can sometimes make it a bit hard to get the job done.

An alright place to work.
Reservations Sales Agent (Current Employee) –  Phoenix, AZSeptember 3, 2013
This job is not for everyone unfortunately. I will have to say many changes have been made with management which seems to have decreased in professionalism as well as overall growth for agents over a short amount of time. Majority of money made by agents is based off commission due to meeting sales goals by hitting more sale then calls taken. Unfortunately every call counts against you even if it has nothing to do with sales, which sadly decreases your chances of hitting the goals needed to receive a decent pay out. The lack of care the company has towards employee needs is an outrage. Any outside emergencies seem to not be acceptable and will result in man write ups. Overall there is a lot of changes this company could make to overall make it a very enjoyable work environment. Some ideas could be being more understanding with calls to sales ratio as well as mandatory drug testing for employees.
Pros
free every so often
Cons
no drug testing, unprofessional managers and no respect or care towards employees

Customer Service Representative - Tier 1 (Current Employee) –  Doylestown, PaMarch 7, 2013
Overall this is a very good company to work for. Its a growing company with a lot of room for advancement. However, that advancements doesnt reflect the abilities of the person being promoted. Other than that the work environment is very laid back and fun. There is very strong work ethic that is expected of thier employees.
Pros
travel perks
Cons
slow in the advancement opportunities.

Customer Service (Former Employee) –  Doylestown, PAAugust 6, 2012
Fasted paced inbound call center. Took Sales calls also when needed. Co workers were nice, manangement were nice but stuck to there own as well as the co workers who were there for a long time. If you were in the click, then you were gold. Upper management were very nice. They have fun as a company in a whole.
Pros
free lunches, lots of shifts that you can switch within if you need coverage.
Cons
they took away privelage to work from home..only in emergencies.

Product Operations Coordinator (Current Employee) –  Doylestown, PADecember 30, 2013
Regarding my particular position, everyday is different. Acting as a liaison between product and everyone else means there are always projects to be completed or complications to be resolved. Being promoted to Product Operations from Contract Administrator meant I had to learn to become incredibly self-aware as well as learn how every department fit into the CheapCaribbean.com puzzle. I have enjoyed the teamwork that is necessary to complete most tasks.

Due to the recent buyout what used to be "growing pains" has now become an "abandon ship" mentality.
Pros
my co-workers
Cons
recent buyout has lowered morale

Not much room for advancement in the Phoenix office. Can be a fun place to work, if you are in the "in" crowd.
