•Communications Skills (listening, verbal, written) Since communication is very critical in our business it is important that a candidate has the ability to listen, write, and speak effectively.
•Computer/Technical Literacy Almost all jobs now require some basic understanding of computer hardware and software, especially word processing, spreadsheets, and email so we find it almost imperative that a candidate possess these skills.
•Flexibility/Managing Multiple Priorities The ability to manage multiple assignments and tasks, set priorities, and adapt to changing conditions and work assignments is definitely an important quality that we look at.
•Planning/Organizing Goal-setting as well as the ability to design, plan, organize, and implement projects and tasks within an allotted timeframe is crucial to our business and when reviewing candidates we consider these abilities.
•Teamwork Because many of the positions involve working in one or more work-groups, you must have the ability to work with others in a professional manner while attempting to achieve a common goal.
