On February 29, 2008, the Company purchased the remaining 46.5% outstanding shares of Baxenden Chemicals Limited (Baxden). The Company completed the sale of its oleochemicals business on February 29, 2008. On March 12, 2008, the Company purchased the remaining 50% outstanding shares of GLCC Laurel, LLC.
